Vivo has launched its new X70 series smartphone in China. The Vivo X70 series includes three smartphones: the Vivo X70, the Vivo X70 Pro, and the Vivo X70 Pro+.
Each smartphone is equipped with a unique chipset. Each smartphone comes with up to 12GB of RAM.
Vivo’s latest X70 series features Zeiss-tuned cameras.
Price and availability of the Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and Vivo X70 Pro Plus
Vivo X70 is priced in China at Yuan 3,699 (approximately ₱28,594) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, Yuan 3,999 (approximately ₱30,913) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, and Yuan 4,299 (approximately ₱33,232) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.
The Vivo X70 Pro is priced at Yuan 4,299 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration, and Yuan 4,599 for the 8GB RAM+256GB configuration ( around ₱35,551).
The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Yuan 4,799 (approximately ₱37,097), while the top-end model with 12GB RAM and 512GB costs Yuan 5,299 (approximately ₱40,962).
The X70 Pro+ starts at Yuan 5,499 (approximately ₱42,508) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration and increases to Yuan 5,999 (approximately ₱46,373) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration.
The 12GB RAM+512GB storage configuration is priced at Yuan 6,999 (around ₱54,104).
The Vivo X70 and Vivo X70 Pro are available in three colors – Black, Nebula, and White – while the Vivo X70 Pro+ is available in Black, Blue, and Orange.
The Vivo X70 features a 6.56-inch FHD+ (1,080 2,376 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Additionally, the collection features a 19.8:9 aspect ratio and HDR support. The phone is powered by Android 11 with the addition of OriginOS 1.0.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC and features up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The smartphone features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a primary 40MP Sony IMX766V sensor with an f/1.89 aperture lens, a secondary 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 12MP portrait camera sensor.
The phone’s front panel features a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The phone is powered by a 4,400mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.
X70 Pro Specifications
The X70 Pro’s specifications are mainly similar to those of the Vivo X70, with the primary difference being the number of rear cameras.
The smartphone features the same 6.56-inch AMOLED display as the X70 model, with a 120Hz refresh rate and support for HDR10 +.
The phone is powered by the Exynos 1080 SoC and features up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
The phone comes equipped with a quad-camera setup that includes a 50 megapixel Sony IMX766V primary sensor, two 12 megapixel sensors for ultra-wide-angle and portrait shots, and an 8-megapixel periscope lens.
It also features a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
The device is powered by a 4450mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.
X70 Pro+ Specifications
The Vivo X70 Pro Plus is the Series’ flagship device, featuring a 6.78-inch QHD AMOLED display with a 3200 x 1440p and a fast 120Hz refresh rate on a 10-bit LTPO panel.
The display can reach a maximum brightness of 1500 nits and has a pixel density of 517 pixels per inch.
It is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 Plus processor and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Additionally, it is available in a 12GB RAM/512GB internal storage configuration.
Additionally, the smartphone is water and dust resistant to IP68 standards.
The X70 Pro+ is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports both wired and wireless fast charging at a rate of 55W and 50W, respectively.
Additionally, it features a quad-camera setup on the rear, including a 50-megapixel Samsung GN1 primary sensor, a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 secondary sensor, and 8-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 12-megapixel portrait lens.
