There are about 30 million Filipinos who have already gone through and registered for Step 1. To accommodate more applicants, the PSA has launched Step 1 Online Registration.

All you need to do is register.philsys.gov.ph and follow these steps.
You may encounter technical errors or difficulties due to the volume of online registrants for the National ID. The PSA technical team is currently figuring out the source of the problem.
